Who are you?? Why would you post such a sexist comment? You are not at all concerned with Women's Rights you are just concerned about your own selfish life, you really couldn't care less if women get to do other they are disadvantaged of as long as it does not somehow affect your own status. As for everyone else who are so sorry for Israelis and their plight in having Palestinians attack them, where was your empathy and support for Palestinians when Israelis attacked and still continue to attack them. Be an informed consumer of media hype. WAR is wrong no matter who is involved because no one wins in the short or the long run. I do believe that women should be given the right to do as they wish in whatever they choose to venture into. However, there is a line to everything and I do not think that giving women the right to go to war will improve their place in Israel. Quite frankly the government if ever they made such a thing possible will not be thinking of women’s rights but how to further secure men's privilege. One must always be suspect of sudden change of hearts especially when it comes from institutions that spell MEN. |
