A fantastic thing to do is to find a collection of such posters (often collated in books on WW propoganda) - always beneficial in understanding the effects of such propoganda and the thought processes involved on behalf of those creating and publishing it.
Just one question, did the government actually 'control and manipulate' ideas of gender, or did they use cultural understandings of gender to control and manipulate the war effort and attitudes of the masses?
